Every season invites us to discover somewhere new. Sometimes that place is another country. Sometimes, it is ourselves. This summer, we invite you to explore both. As we publish our eleventh issue—and the second since the beginning of our new chapterTherapies Magazine continues to evolve. Our renewed identity reflects a simple ambition: to place people, not simply topics, at the heart of every issue.

We want every cover to begin a conversation before a single page is turned. We want every reader to recognise a part of themselves before opening the magazine. Because Therapies Magazine has never simply been about mental health or alternative therapies.

It has always been about people. People navigating change. People living between cultures. People rebuilding relationships. People listening to their bodies. People searching for meaning.

We believe wellbeing deserves thoughtful conversations rather than quick answers, scientific curiosity rather than certainty, and openness to different perspectives rather than a single way of thinking.

Our international perspective is at the heart of everything we do. Health, identity and wellbeing are never experienced in exactly the same way across cultures. Every country has something to teach us. Every tradition offers another perspective. Psychology, science and complementary therapies become richer when they are explored with curiosity, critical thinking and respect. Our role is not to tell you what to believe. It is to help you think differently. Because understanding the world begins with understanding ourselves.

This summer, we explore the psychology of living abroad, the evolution of relationships across cultures, the messages our bodies send during periods of transition, the place of Ayurveda in today's world, and why some moments in life ask us for meaning rather than solutions.

These are not simply articles. They are questions many of us ask ourselves—sometimes quietly, sometimes repeatedly, and often at life's most important turning points. Alongside these features, you will also discover Letters from Our Readers, reflections on everyday life abroad, our Reading Corner, and the latest edition of our growing international practitioner directory.

In a world full of advice, we have chosen a different path. Rather than offering simple answers, we hope to encourage reflection. Rather than telling people who they should become, we hope to help them better understand who they already are. Whether you are an expatriate, a practitioner, or simply someone curious about wellbeing, we hope this issue accompanies you throughout the summer—and perhaps a little beyond.

Thank you for being part of this growing international community. Wherever this summer takes you, we hope these pages encourage you to pause, reflect and perhaps discover something new—not only about the world, but about yourself. Because every meaningful journey begins with a question.
