I’m a UK-trained psychodynamic psychotherapist based in Málaga, working with adults both individually and in groups. With over 15 years’ clinical experience, I’m interested in how our relationships, recurring patterns and earlier experiences shape the way we live and relate in the present. I hold a Professional Doctorate in Psychotherapy and am Senior Accredited with the BACP and registered with the BPC. I work particularly with relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, stress, identity and LGBTQ+ concerns, offering therapy in English online and in person in Málaga.

Therapeutic Approach
My approach is primarily psychodynamic and relational, informed by group analysis and an understanding of how our early relationships and experiences continue to influence our present lives. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I work collaboratively to explore underlying patterns, conflicts and ways of relating that may contribute to current difficulties. I pay particular attention to what develops within the therapeutic relationship itself, which can offer valuable insight into patterns experienced elsewhere. My approach is exploratory rather than prescriptive, creating space for greater self-understanding, emotional development and more satisfying relationships with ourselves and others.
